According to MAISHI's experience, each of them has its own advantage and disadvantage, here is our experience for your reference:
1) Nylon screen printing mesh:
Advantage:
① High elasticity;
② High abrasive resistance;
③ Smooth surface, easily for ink transfer;
④ Not easy to generate static electricity;
Disadvantage:
① Weak UV-Resistance;
② Easily to be affected by the humiture, hole shape is easily to be changed.
③ High elongation, printing accuracy is lower
2) Polyester screen printing mesh:
Advantage:
① Stable construction, fine tension stability after stretching.
② Low elongation, higher printing accuracy;
③ Longer use life, excellent chemical resistance.
Disadvantage: No obvious disadvantage, the most balance and polular printing mesh.
3) Stainless steel screen printing mesh:
Advantage:
① High tension and low elongation, excellent tension stability after stretching.
② Wire is thinner when comparing with its hole size, uniform hole.
③ chemical resistance, mechanical shock resistance and humiture resistance are all excellent.
Disadvantage:
① Easily to got crease line after impacting.
② Cost is higher;
③ Need to pay more attention in stocking.
