But like the four colors above or the gradient color pattern, silk screen is only impossible!
2. Small batch printing:
Everyone knows that if silk screen printing wants to print a pattern, it must have a set of processes that cannot be saved. That is the plate making and the film. If the amount is small, the cost is quite high. Therefore, the general screen printing company does not pick up small jobs, mainly because the cost is too high!
3, the arc limit
Screen printing, this process can only be used for relatively flat products, if it is some bumps, it can not be completely solved.
4. Ink quantity cannot be controlled
As we all know, some products are to maintain their original state at the same time of printing, especially textile products. After printing, many customers want to maintain the texture of textiles, so it is very difficult to use silk screen printing.
5. Color screen printing notes are:
1 Use a strong, non-deformable metal frame for color screen printing. This is because if a weak frame or a wood frame is used, skewing or deformation is likely to occur during printing, the quality of the screen printing plate is lowered, the precision is difficult to ensure, and the screen printing plate cannot be used when the deformation is severe. Thereby affecting the quality of printing. So you must use a sturdy metal frame. The frame size of a set of color screen plates should be the same. Mainly for uniform positioning rules for printing, and for easy color printing. The screen mesh size of a set of color screen printing plates is the same as that of the screen material, and the tension of the stretch screen and the thickness of the screen plate are the same. The main purpose is to ensure that the ink layers after printing of each color plate are uniform and have the same effect, and the original color and graphics are perfectly reproduced.
2 The hardness of the scraper used is generally 70 degrees Shore hardness. The accuracy of the blade edge is high. Due to the moderate hardness, it is convenient to meet the printing requirements, and it is easy to improve the printing precision and ensure the printing quality.
3 should use as high a screen printing ink as possible. The ink with higher viscosity does not cause the problem that the lines of the picture become thicker and larger due to the diffusion of oil, which is beneficial to improve the fineness and clarity of the lines of the picture.
4 photographic screen printing screen line number (line / inch), generally between 55 ~ 120 lines. This can reduce or avoid the phenomenon of moiré.
Generally, the relationship between the number of screen lines and the mesh number is: screen (mesh): 4.2X screen line number.
