What is the fault of screen printing?

Malfunctions in screen printing are generally caused by plates, squeegees, inks, and the like.
(1) Inadvertent printing
On the printed matter, the ink is light and uneven. The methods of elimination include: replacing the ink which is matched with the substrate and having good adhesion performance; adding an auxiliary agent for slowing the drying of the ink, reducing the drying speed of the ink; and increasing the pressure of the squeegee.
(2) Ink
The level of prints is leveled and the phenomenon of dot-dropping is dead. The methods of elimination include: adding original ink, increasing the concentration of the ink; increasing the printing speed; removing the low printing pressure; reducing the ink supply amount of the printing plate, and appropriately increasing the angle between the squeegee and the printing plate.
(three) throughprint
The back side of the print is smudged through ink or solvent. The methods of elimination include: replacing the ink with small penetration and reducing the pressure of the blade.
(4) The printed products are not bonded to each other for a long time.
The methods of elimination include: using a quick-drying diluent to increase the dryness of the ink.
(5) Layout blocking network
The ink blocks the mesh of the screen plate without ink. The methods of elimination include: adding a slow-drying diluent to reduce the drying speed of the ink; and appropriately reducing the viscosity of the ink by using a specified solvent.
(6) Printing plate degumming and ink leakage
A large area of ink is present in the blank portion of the print. The elimination methods include: selecting a photosensitive adhesive plate resistant to ink dissolution; using a soft rubber scraper to smear. When the degumming is very serious, it needs to be re-plate.
In addition, the device needs to be checked and repaired frequently to avoid fire.
