Pay attention to these problems when screen printing
1. What happened to the small hole in the printing mesh?
The main reason is that the printing plate is too thin. The reason why the screen glue layer is thin may be that the proportion of water mixing is too high; other reasons may be that the screen is not clean enough before the glue is applied, and the glue layer is not adhered to the screen; or the moisture is dried when the glue layer is dried. High bubbles are generated; finally, the curing is insufficient, such as the curing solution is too thin/failed, or the curing is too fast when the curing is not sufficiently dried. Probably for several reasons.
2. The main problems should be noted in screen printing:
Multi-color printing: Silk screen printing can only print one color at a time, which is well known. That is the need for complex, cumbersome coloring for multi-color printing! The color registration technology is relatively high. There are relatively few technicians in this area, and the color is less. If you need to print four or five colors at a time, it will inevitably lead to inaccurate color registration. This increases the scrap rate of the product and the cost increases accordingly. But like the four colors above or the gradient color pattern, silk screen is only impossible!
Small batch printing: As everyone knows, if silk screen printing wants to print a pattern, it must have a set of processes that cannot be saved. That is the plate making and the film. If the amount is small, the cost is quite high. Therefore, the general screen printing company does not pick up small jobs, mainly because the cost is too high!
Arc limit: screen printing, this process can only be used for relatively flat products, if it is some bumps, it can not be completely solved.
The amount of ink cannot be controlled: It is well known that some products are kept in their original state at the same time as printing, especially for textile products. Many customers want to maintain the texture of textiles after printing, so it is very difficult to use silk screen printing.
