However, defects such as the jagged edges of the lines after the white screen printing and the poor resolution of the tone images are more obvious. The yellow screen can prevent the light from scattering when exposed, which is beneficial to maintain the sharpness of the edge of the image. Therefore, the yellow screen can be used for the printing of the solid color block pattern and the general graphic lines, for the fine lines requiring high precision, such as a car. The rear windshield heating line printing, the home appliance panel glass logo printing, the decorative glass tone pattern printing, etc., we recommend using a yellow screen for plate making.
