When selecting the screen printing mesh, we must pay attention to the matching of the mesh size and the quality of the printed product; the stretchability of the screen should be as small as possible; the structure of the screen should be tight, otherwise it is impossible to make a high-quality screen. If the screen is used before, firstly remove the oil from the screen, remove the dust, and wash off the residual ink. For the cleaning agent for cleaning the screen, the newly purchased concentrated washing agent should be selected, preferably without household detergent or washing powder, because it contains additives such as essence, hand lotion (washing spirit) and bleach (washing powder). Ingredients, and the particles in it will block the net. When cleaning the screen with a washing agent, apply both sides of the screen evenly and wipe repeatedly with a sponge. Then rinse the screen with water and dry it to ensure that there is no residual foam on the screen, and the screen should not be touched by hand after cleaning. After cleaning, the screen should be dried in a dust-free environment. There are still many people who use a fan to dry the screen, but the dust is so large that it is better to make a drying box to make the air flow evenly across the surface of the screen. At the same time, try to wash the net on the same day, and apply the photosensitive glue on the same day, so as to prevent the screen from falling on the dust before applying the glue. If the humidity at the operating site is large, it is best to install a dehumidifier to speed up the screen drying. There are still people who use a roughening agent to roughen the edges of the thread. This method is suitable for use in indirect plate making, which improves the bonding fastness of the photosensitive film to the screen. If we use a coated photoresist method to make a screen plate, there is no need to rough it, otherwise it will reduce the strength of the screen.
How to maintain the service life of the printed version of the screen
1. Since the mesh is glued to the frame (whether it is a wooden frame or a metal frame), the angle of the inner frame of the screen should be sealed before using the screen; the general plate making company will apply one. The layer of glue is sealed with glue; it prevents the ink or other solvent from penetrating into it and causes the mesh to slack or fall off.
2. When using the screen, you should keep the screen spacing, which is known to everyone. At this time, the pressure of the printing scrape should not be too heavy; at the same time, the distance between the ink returning sheet and the screen can not be close to prevent the friction, which will cause the photosensitive paste to become thin.
The length of the squeegee should be slightly larger than the pattern, generally 15-20mm, and the squeegee blade should not be too profitable; a layer of adhesive tape should be attached to the position where the squeegee blade is in contact with the screen to prevent it from being worn.
3. The used screen must be cleaned and cleaned with a special solvent, especially in places with patterns, but not too hard; ensure that the pattern is transparent. Place the cleaned screen in a dry, ventilated place, taking care to prevent dust.
