1. The cleaning of printing places is constantly improving with the requirements of printing precision, especially high-precision printing such as printed circuit boards and electronic components, which requires high environmental requirements. In general, the printing workshop and the plate making workshop must be clean and there is no dust in the air, otherwise the printing quality will be affected. For workshops with high printing accuracy requirements, air purification equipment should be installed when necessary to keep the printing and plate making workshop clean.

2. Temperature and humidity also have a great influence on printing accuracy. In particular, multicolor overprinting has a more pronounced effect. Therefore, indoor humidity and temperature need to be relatively stable. The indoor temperature and humidity are adjusted according to seasonal changes to ensure the printing dimensional accuracy.

3. Fully understand the nature of the material being printed. Because screen printing mesh has a wide range of applications, there are many types of printed materials, and the shape of the material to be printed is also different. Before printing, select the right ink, solvent and scraper according to different requirements.

4. Pay attention to the problem of drying mesh: according to the product itself and printing requirements, choose the appropriate screen, that is, the screen should be suitable; the film surface is generally based on the screen version; the exposure time is based on the actual situation of the socket, the exposure is determined according to the exposure experience . After the exposure is over, the plate should be thoroughly cleaned; the drying should be thorough; remember double exposure.
