The first point to be done: Have a clear understanding of the problems that you have discovered. Analyze the cause first, and what is different from other problems. The reason for analyzing this problem is caused by a problem, or caused by many problems and factors, and what is the relationship between these problems and factors. Those are the main reasons, and those are secondary reasons? They are independent or related.
The second point that needs to be done: To solve the problems in printing, we can identify, compare and classify the graphic problems from four aspects. These four methods of identifying graphic problems require the printer to understand the differences in defects between frequency, size, direction, and position during the printing process.
Point 3: Size defects in screen printing screen printing. Refers to the size of the image in question relative to the eligible print. For example, smudging can make the image larger, and the corporate album design and edge loss will make the image smaller. When the image changes in the print are not regular, you can fill in the form with "random".
Point 4: Directional defects in printing. Refers to the orientation of the problem relative to the printed variable. For example, when the angle between the image and the mesh line is 1-10 degrees or 80-89 degrees, the sawtooth edge phenomenon is most noticeable. The direction also refers to the scratch of the squeegee, the length of the squeegee and the direction of the edges of the image.
Point 5: Position defect in screen printing screen printing. Relative to the entire graphic. The problem may arise. Then the problem always appears in the same place. Other possible situations are "various position" or outside of the printed area, or near (inaccurate) the same position.
