①Check the quality of the mesh printing plate, including whether the graphics are all developed, whether the graphics dots, lines have burrs, defects, broken pens, or mesh seals. If you find the above situation, you should take various methods to remedy the situation in time. If it cannot be remedied, consider remaking the plate to ensure the quality of future printing.
② Check whether there is air bubbles, air holes and the four sides near the mesh frame are sealed. The air bubbles and air holes should be remedied in time. Seal the four sides of the mesh to avoid ink leakage during printing.
③Check whether the positioning marks of the printing plate meet the requirements.
④ Use paper tape to paste the mesh and frame part to improve the adhesion.
⑤ Paste the version label on the unified frame position of the pasted version, indicating the following items: the name of the print, the color type, the number of colors, the number of meshes, the number of lines of the plate, the type of photosensitive material, the date of the plate making, and the plate maker.
Transfer the full set of finished plates to the printing staff.
2. Mesh printing plate storage
The mesh frame that stretches the mesh, the mesh printing plate that has been cured, and the mesh printing plate that needs to be preserved after printing should be properly kept. If the preservation is not good, the polyester mesh is damaged, and dust is deposited, it cannot be used any more, resulting in scrapping. According to the actual situation after printing, it can be processed as follows.
①After the first printing, if the mesh printing plate is to be printed for the second time, the residual ink on the mesh printing plate must be cleaned to ensure that the mesh of the graphic part is not blocked by the ink, and then fully dried Afterwards, store it properly. For the next use.
②After printing, if you no longer use it, and you intend to scrap the mesh, you can clean the ink around the frame and remove the mesh, or first remove the mesh directly, and then clean the frame, the frame use it when you stretch the mesh next time.
③After printing, in preparation for the use of secondary plate making, you can first clean the residual ink, and then remove the photosensitive film on the mesh with a release agent, and clean it with water. After drying, save it for the next plate making when used.
