(1) According to the type of substrate selection mesh. The choice is made according to fiber fabric, paper products, glass, ceramics, metal, plastic, wood products, electronic products, etc.

Nylon mesh: made of chemical synthetic fiber, belongs to the polyamide system. Nylon wire mesh with high strength, wear resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance, elasticity is good, because of uniform silk diameter, smooth surface, so the ink through is also very good. Its deficiency is the nylon wire mesh tensile larger. Therefore, it is not suitable to print circuit board with high dimensional accuracy.

Polyester mesh: made of chemical synthetic fiber, belonging to polyester series. Polyester mesh has the advantages of solvent resistance, high-temperature resistance, water resistance, and chemical resistance. When the pressure is large, the polyester mesh has stable physical properties and low tensile property. Its deficiency is compared with nylon wire mesh wear resistance is poor. In addition to the advantages of nylon mesh printing, the polyester mesh is also suitable for printing PCB with high dimensional accuracy requirements.

Stainless steel wire mesh: stainless steel material. Stainless steel wire mesh is characterized by good wear resistance, high strength, small extension; As a result of fine silk diameter, the ink through stable performance, dimensional accuracy. The disadvantages are poor elasticity and higher price. Wire mesh stretching, cannot be restored to its original state. Stainless steel wire mesh is suitable for high precision printing of circuit board and integrated circuit.
