This can be prevented if colored mesh are used. Because the colored mesh can absorb a part of the irradiated light, thereby reducing the reflection intensity of the irradiated light, and the colored mesh reflects colored light, this colored light is inactive light, so it will not affect the selection of sensitive materials, especially fine prints in printing. The color of the mesh is especially important.
When selecting the polyester mesh, you should also pay attention to the following issues:
1) First consider how easy or difficult it is for the ink to pass through the polyester mesh. Intermediate colors call for highly transparent inks, the pigment particles are relatively fine, the ratio to the pigment carrier is more, and the ink's passability is better. This ink also passes well when using a high-mesh polyester mesh.
2) If the surface of the substrate is rough, a lower mesh is generally used. Such as leather, canvas, foam sheet, wood and other materials. Because the surface of the substrate is rough and the ink absorption is strong, a polyester mesh with a lower mesh number should be used to ensure sufficient ink volume to pass.
3) Select the polyester mesh according to the fineness of the original graphic lines. Contrary to the above situation, in general, fine mesh should choose high mesh screen.
4) The cost of the polyester mesh should be considered. On the premise of meeting the printing requirements, try to choose a lower price polyester mesh.
