c: Take out the standard thickness version suitable for the test thickness. The 1.0 mm copper piece is placed on the stainless steel plate, and the thickness value is adjusted on the right side of the host.
d: The test mesh is placed on the stainless steel, and the thickness of the mesh cloth can be known by the test tube with an error of 2μ.
e: If the thickness of the film is measured, it must be tested at the coated emulsion. The total thickness minus the thickness of the mesh is the thickness of the film.
2. Probe-type film thickness meter operation
a: Connect the power switch and the foot cable and turn on the power of the machine.
b: Start the operation power button on the front right upper side.
c: Press the probe button at the bottom right and press the probe to zero at the top right.
d: Press the probe button again to increase. After multiple detections and zero return, the mesh can be measured. First, use the test piece to measure whether there is any error.
e: The left button is a button for storing print calculations.
