2. Spots appear on screen printing products
Analysis of the cause: In the printing process of the screen printing machine, since the thickness of the ink layer of the printed image is not uniform, the place where the ink should be leaked can not be pressed, and the spot phenomenon will appear on the printed product. There are many reasons for the phenomenon of speckle failure. It is found that the spot appears here because the ink is mixed with small hard blocks, which are softened and adhered to the screen holes under the action of solvent. In addition, the ink has poor fluidity, making it difficult for the ink to pass through the mesh. , causing spot failure.
Troubleshooting: The ink is filtered with a fine mesh screen, and the screen is cleaned and then printed, and the spot failure phenomenon can be eliminated.
It should also be pointed out that the phenomenon of shifting the work point on the printed product may also be caused by unevenness of the printing table. At the time of printing, the ink is thinned at the place where the printing table is raised, and the concave portion of the ink becomes thick. Formed a very strong class. In addition, dust on the back side of the substrate and on the printing table can cause spot failure. Therefore, the inspection should be excluded.
3. The edge of the screen print image caused by the attachment of fluff on the screen has an ink whisker
Analysis of the cause: In the printing of the screen printing machine, there will be a phenomenon of uneven whisker at the edge of the image of the printed product. There are three reasons for this phenomenon of whisker failure. One is that the fluff is adhered to the screen: the second is caused by static electricity; the third is caused by the poor ink suitability caused by ink drawing.
Troubleshooting: First check the screen and clean the screen. If the machine has a static elimination device, the whiskers caused by static electricity can be eliminated, otherwise the static electricity should be eliminated. Then start printing, and found that the image on the printed product is smooth, and the phenomenon of the whisker has been eliminated. If the above requirements are taken and the ink whiskers are still not removed, adjust the ink suitability or replace the ink.
