Steps of mechanical pulling screen printing mesh:
1. First, distinguish the front and back sides of the screen frame, and note that the edges of the screen frame on the back side are flat.
2. Apply a thin layer of universal glue on the back of the screen frame. If the glue is too thick, it will not be firm. In addition, wait until the glue is dry before using it.
3. Put the screen printing mesh frame with dried glue on the machine, then fix the net cloth, fix the weft first, mainly the weft, the weft must be balanced, and then reserve 2-3cm on the side, and then fix the warp. It is also necessary to reserve 2-3cm.
4. Then start to pull the screen printing mesh, first pull the weft thread, so that the net cloth is prestressed, first pull it to 16-17 Newtons, and then stay for 10 minutes, so that the net cloth has an adaptability.
5. After 10 minutes, you still need to pull the weft thread first, and when the weft thread can no longer move, start drawing the warp thread. Pull until the tension we need.
6. When the surrounding tension is the same as the central tension, we can lift the screen frame, and then stick to the screen printing mesh, and start gluing at the overlap of the screen frame and the screen printing mesh. After the glue is dry, a scraper can be used to press the glued area. Make them fit more closely.
7. Then loosen the screen printing mesh on the machine, and then cut the net frame.
8. Thick glue edge sealing, that is, thick glue edge sealing is added at the junction of the screen printing mesh and the screen frame. To prevent the ink from penetrating into the screen frame in the printing process to form a screen printing mesh break or loss of tension.
9. Paste protective tape on the printing surface to protect the screen frame from degumming. Be careful not to go too far in or out when sticking the adhesive tape. It is just on the inner side. After you finish it, you can mark it and put it aside for use.
