Nylon mesh features: nylon mesh has a smooth surface, good ink permeability, good flexibility, high flexibility, strong adaptability, good tensile strength, elasticity and abrasion resistance, high knot resistance, long service life , Acid resistance, chemical resistance and organic solvents have many excellent properties, so it is well received by fine printing, widely used for fine line and dot printing.
Preventive measures: In addition to the above advantages, nylon mesh has some disadvantages, such as high elongation and low heat resistance. Therefore, pay attention to the following points when making nylon mesh: Due to the high elongation of nylon mesh, a strong screen frame and stretcher are required when printing. For the disadvantage of low heat resistance of nylon mesh, please do not use hot-melt method to fix steel wire when printing. Ultraviolet rays also have a certain effect on nylon mesh, so care should be taken to avoid light when storing nylon mesh or its corresponding mesh.
Choice of framework
According to different materials, there are six types of frames: wood frame, aluminum
frame, iron frame, plastic frame, stainless steel frame and copper frame. Commonly used are wooden frames, aluminum frames and iron frames.
Wooden frame: relatively cheap, easy to manufacture, can be manually
stretched and mechanically stretched, but the disadvantages are low strength and easy deformation, only suitable for products with low printing accuracy, not suitable for fast and high-precision screen printing. In addition, the grid pulled out of the wooden frame was slack and did not recover well.
Iron frame: Compared with the wooden frame, it has the characteristics of stable size and durability, but light weight, easy to rust, inconvenient to use, and can only be mechanically stretched.
Aluminum frame: Although it is only suitable for mechanical stretching, it has the characteristics of small deformation, light weight, easy rusting, and easy movement. Therefore, the aluminum frame is the most commonly used frame in the production of printing plates.
