2. Dust removal treatment. The presence of dust affects both the adhesion of the ink on the plastic product and the effect of screen printing. Surfactant washing can remove dust and static electricity, but there is the possibility of dust during drying.

3. Degreasing treatment. The surface of the plastic product is stained with oil, which will affect the adhesion of the ink. It can be passed through an alkaline aqueous solution, a surfactant, and a solvent.
