The tensile strength, structural strength, resilience and printing resistance of polyester mesh are all good. Strong acid resistance, strong resistance to organic solvents, low hygroscopicity, hardly affected by humidity. The heat resistance is higher than nylon; it is less affected by ultraviolet rays than nylon.
Advantage:
(1) Not affected by the size and shape of the object to be printed, general printing can only be carried out on a flat surface. Polyester mesh can not only print on flat surfaces, but also print on special shapes such as spherical surfaces.

(6) Plate making is convenient and cheap, and the technology is easy to master.

(8) The printed products are suitable for long-term display, and the outdoor advertising is highly expressive.
The polyester mesh can stretch the screen to the desired tension value in 1-3 minutes, but before fixing the screen to the frame, you must wait for more than 15 minutes and then increase the tension to the final tension value. If this process is repeated several times, the subsequent loss of tension will be reduced.
If you stay for 5 minutes after pulling the mesh, the tension loss exceeds 28%.
If you stay for 15 minutes after pulling the mesh, the tension loss is 15-20%.
If you stay for 30 minutes after pulling the mesh, the tension loss is reduced by 10%.
The above tension loss refers to when the grid is just glued and pulled, not the tension loss after the grid is placed for 24 hours. Overprinting generally stipulates that the minimum requirement is to pull the screen for 24 hours before printing, otherwise there will be inaccurate overprinting or line distortion.
