If using a filter before, first remove the oil from the filter, remove the dust, and wash away the remaining ink. The cleaning agent used to clean the screen should use the newly purchased concentrated cleaning agent. It is best not to use household detergents or washing powders, because it contains additives such as flavor, hand soap (washing spirit), bleach (washing powder). Ingredients and particles inside can clog the mesh. When cleaning the screen with a cleaning agent, spread it evenly on both sides of the screen and wipe it repeatedly with a sponge. Then rinse the screen with water and wipe it dry to make sure there is no residual foam on the screen. Do not touch the screen with your hands after cleaning. After cleaning, it should be dried in a dust-free environment. Many people use fans to dry the screen, but the dust is too large, it is best to make a drying box to let the air flow evenly across the screen surface. At the same time, try to wash it on the same day and apply photosensitive adhesive on the day to prevent dust from falling on the screen before the application. If the operating site has high humidity, it is best to install a dehumidifier to speed up screen drying. Others use roughening agents to roughen the edges of the lines. The method is suitable for indirect plate-making, and improves the fastness of adhesion of the photosensitive film to the screen.
How to maintain the life of your printed screen
1. Since the mesh is adhered to the net frame (whether it is a wooden net frame or a metal net frame), before using the net frame, the angle of the inner layer of the net frame must be sealed, and the glue layer is sealed with glue; prevent ink Or other solvents penetrate, causing the grid to relax or fall off.
2. When using the screen, keep the screen spacing. The pressure of scratching should not be too large; at the same time, the distance between the ink reflow and the screen should not be too close, so as not to cause friction, resulting in thinning of the photosensitive paste.
The length of the squeegee should be slightly larger than the pattern, generally 15-20mm. The blade of the squeegee should not be too thick; a layer of tape should be added where the squeegee contacts the screen to prevent the squeegee from wearing.
3. The used screen must be cleaned with a special solvent, especially where there is a pattern. Place the cleaned mesh cloth in a dry, ventilated place, taking care to prevent dust.
4. The screen version is also a consumable item. If the time is long, the pulling force will change.
