This time we are studying how to strip the screen backwards so that it is the grid, which can be used again for new designs.
Tip: It's always important to clear the ink on the screen after printing, not only can you save the extra ink, but when you use it, it will make your life easier again, or take it back completely.
There are a variety of screen printing frames, there are a variety of grid numbers, if you are not sure what you need, we are happy to help!
In short: you need lotion removers, brushes and some water.
Apply the lotion remover to the screen, gently wipe with a cloth or use a brush to move. Make sure all the emulsions on both sides of the screen are wet.
Wait a bit, then gently wipe the screen with a brush, don't use too much force, we have to soften the lotion slightly, as simple as possible.
Reapply some of the lotion remover and repeat the above steps. Keeping the screen moist is key and you don't want the remover to dry.
Now you should be able to wash off the lotion. Jet cleaning makes life easy, a bucket full of water and a little elbow grease!
There may be some difficulties, just repeat the process in these places.
