1. Use scotch tape to seal around the screen frame, as well as the part of the screen without patterns, to facilitate later cleaning; and seal the hole in the used old screen to avoid unnecessary marks
2. Put the screen: clamp the screen with a net clamp
3. Adjust the screen distance (the distance between the screen and the substrate)
4. Counterpoint: put the substrate in place
5. Apply ink (adjust the dilution in advance in the ink tank)
6. Turn on the machine
7. Lightly scrape the ink with a squeegee to cover the screen surface, and then use the squeegee to close the screen and the printing table at a 75 degree angle to scrape the ink down to complete the printing
8. If you need to continue printing, place the substrate, use a scraper to gently push the ink back, and then repeat step 7
Points to note:
1. Keep the blade force even
2. Don't stop in the middle of the scraper
3. Try to print continuously, avoid wiping the screen back and forth
4. The ink follows the principle of small quantity and many times
5. Adjust the screen distance: 2-3mm for flat characters; 4-5mm for real objects
After use, tear off the transparent glue on the net surface, and then wipe the net surface and the squeegee clean with boiling oil and water for the next use
