1. Confirm your design
We need to print our design on transparent film to ensure that the pattern we need is black.
Because the black area will be where the ink passes through. If the pattern has two colors, each color requires two different transparencies.

Pretreatment of polyester mesh. Make sure that the coating on the screen is even, and then dry it in a dark room.
2, Burn screen
After the emulsion cures, drop the transparent design you determined and place a black wooden board on top of it to temporarily block the light. Expose the screen to strong light to harden the emulsion, but a black pattern prevents light from entering the mesh. It is this unlit area that will allow the ink to pass through easily.
3, cleaning emulsion
Wash the unhardened emulsion off the net with water. And wipe the screen dry before the screen is registered. Your design will remain open to allow ink to pass through.
4.Print
Pour a row of ink on top of the screen, lift the screen, and use a squeegee to pull the ink across the grid. Place the item you want to print in place under a grid with a print screen. Then push the squeegee downward at a 45-degree angle under a certain pressure to pass the ink through the screen. Then lift the screen and pull out the printed item.
Tips: After using the polyester printing mesh, it is necessary to clean the screen in time. Know the dirt on the mesh, and the residue. Does not affect secondary use, it can also extend its life!
