How do bubbles appear when the screen printing mesh is used?

Many customers are now using screen printing meshs. All aspects of clothing, ceramics, automobile manufacturing, textiles, billboard factories, etc. can be used. So why do bubbles appear when screen printing is used?

1. The ink produces bubbles, which is caused by high viscosity of the ink.

2. The substrate is poorly processed before printing. Dust and oil stains are attached to the surface of the substrate.

3. The center point (high point) of the plastic head is printed on the pattern, and the air is not discharged, and bubbles are generated.

4. The printing speed is too fast or the printing speed is not uniform. Appropriately reduce the printing speed and maintain the uniformity of printing speed.

5. The glue is sticky, damaged, and oily, which causes poor printing of the plastic head.

6. Use a fast drying solvent in the case of high temperature and low humidity, causing the surface layer of the conjunctiva to be too fast and bubbles appear.

7. The steel plate is too etched and the oil layer is not thick enough.

8. The ink is too thin or too slow to dry.

9. The printing speed is fast, the mesh distance is large, and the air bubbles are pulled out because the screen bomb is too fast from the substrate.

10. Ink expires.

Screen printing meshs are used when they are used. The above is the statement about bubbles. I hope to be helpful to everyone.
