2.Different printing ink layer thickness require different meshes. For example, printing stereoscopic products will require different meshes.
3.Different substrate nature requires different meshes. For example, printing on textiles should chose meshes with low mesh count, which will fill uneven surface of the material.
4.Chose different meshes according to different natures of the ink or paste. For example, if we need to print large goods and the ink is with strong acidity, meshes with strong chemical-resistance is a good choice; If the ink needed to be heated to print, metal screen printing mesh will be a good choice.
