It should be noted that each time mesh screen printing plate is scrubbed, it will become thinner. If the plate film is seriously damaged during wiping, it is necessary to change to a new version for printing.
The paste caused by the large particles of ink can be solved from the manufacture of ink. The main method is to strictly control the fineness of the ink.
