After the mesh screen printing plate is finished, it is necessary to carry out comprehensive inspection and post-processing. The processing method is mainly carried out from the following aspects.
1 Check the quality of the screen printing plate, including whether the graphic is fully developed, whether the graphic dot, the line is burr, the broken, the broken pen and the mesh is sealed. If the above conditions are found, various methods should be taken in time to remedy. If it cannot be remedied, consider re-plate making to ensure future print quality.
2 Check the presence or absence of air bubbles, blisters, and nets near the ends of the net frame: Remediate the bubbles and blisters in time. The four-sided screen is sealed to avoid ink leakage during printing.
3 Check the print positioning mark to meet the requirements of the printed order.
4 Adhere the bonding part of the screen and the frame with a tape to improve the bonding strength between the screen and the frame. ,
5 Paste the label, attach the label on the uniform border position, and indicate the following items: print name, color, color number, mesh number, number of graphics lines, photosensitive material model, plate making date, plate maker.
6 Transfer the full set of finished plates to the printing process.
