To improve the pressrun of the screen printing, first of all to enhance the adhesive force between the glue and mesh, which is the basis of screen printing.

The method of control the quality of the screen in the plate making:

① defatted to be thorough;

② sensitive adhesive can not have grease pollution;

③ oven to be clean, the coated screen with a sensitive adhesive can not be used together with the screen which is cleaned by solvent ;

④ sensitive adhesive layer not be too thick or too thin;

⑤ the exposure should be sufficient

Second, reduce the friction on the screen in the printing process to, such as:

① photoresist and ink can not have any small impurities;

② keep clean in the workshop, it is recommended to use a vacuum cleaner;

③ don’t use large particles of printing ink, such as with sands, silver sand, you can choose to use fine sand and fine silver sand;

④ when printing, choice slow-drying solvent is more appropriate, because the quick-drying solvent is easy to cause network plug, it will have impact on the speed and pressrun of the screen printing;

⑤ printing lights should use the yellow light to avoid the adhesive harding and crisp of the non-graphic parts, affecting the pressrun of the screen printing.
