A too large screen distance will cause image distortion, enlargement, screen marks, incomplete image, blurred image edges, etc. The larger the screen distance, the more the squeegee forces the screen to extend.
If the B screen distance is too small, problems such as smearing, ghosting, smearing, etc. will occur.
The adjustment of the screen distance should be flexibly determined according to different printing conditions such as the nature of the substrate, printing accuracy requirements, ink properties, and screen tension. If high precision is required, it is necessary to reduce the screen distance as much as possible: if it is printed on the ground, it is necessary to increase the screen distance appropriately; if the screen tension is small, it can also be appropriately compensated by increasing the screen distance (but in principle, the screen (Small tension should also be solved through the link of pulling the net)
The correct screen distance should be guaranteed when the screen has a certain tension, to ensure that the scraper pressure is minimal during the screen printing process and the screen can immediately bounce off the workpiece. Generally, the adjustment range of the net pitch is 0.1mm-12.7mm. But for ordinary situations (ordinary printing, ordinary screen) 1.5mm-3mm is more common.
