Before making the screen, whether it is a new or an old one, it must undergo special treatment before it can be used. In this way, the screen can be more durable and lasting. At the same time, applying ghost cream can also roughen the mesh fibers to a certain extent, so that all the products can get a good degreasing effect and make the photosensitive film have better adhesion. If the number of products to be printed is not particularly large, it is enough to clean the surface of the mesh with detergent or washing powder. But be sure to wash off the grease, otherwise the film is not beautiful when sizing, and it will not be firm after drying.

Proceed as follows:

1. Degrease the new screen first, wipe the net cloth with boiling oil and water, and wipe the net cloth clean. Remember to keep the net cloth away from water, and then wipe the front and back sides.

2. After finishing the previous step, apply ghost cream to the mesh again, and apply it evenly. Note that ghost paste is corrosive, and pay attention to safety when using it. Both the front and back of the mesh need to be painted.

3. After staying for 1-2 minutes, rinse with clean water, and then wash off the boiling oil with washing powder or detergent. Be sure to rinse off the washing powder or detergent, and then dry it in the oven. Do not leave any moisture on the mesh.
