When encountering spring or rainy days, in addition to the normal processing of the net frame, special attention should be paid to the drying of the net frame before the bottom glue can be applied. When the mesh is glued, the dehumidifying device should be prepared or the infrared lamp should be used with the fan to dry. Insurance.
Before using the new and old frames, you
must determine whether they are flat or not. Because the frame is not flat, the mesh fastness will be seriously affected. At the same time, the frame must be evenly and fully polished before use.
The new frame must be washed away with oil. The old frame should be removed from the original glue and must be cleaned and used.
The adhesive mesh adhesive preferably has a temperature of ≥25°C, a humidity of 50%~70%, a low temperature, a corresponding drying time, and a low drying time; when the humidity is >70%, the drying time should be extended accordingly. If necessary, apply infrared light to dry and mix with the fan to dry.
There is also a case in the case of the polyester printing mesh, when the weather is cold, the moisture in the air will condense on the surface of the frame. Although the humidity is not high at this time, it is better to dry the frame or use it in the sun.
