Screen printing meshs are a tough problem if they are clogged with ink. How to solve it?

We do more professional screens, and our masters produce screens to understand the screen more. The following is the reason why the ink clogging of the screen is solved.

(1) The ink viscosity is too high or the type is wrong. The original ink is used directly during printing, and the viscosity of the ink is often too high. This must be properly conditioned. When blending, it should be sufficient and uniform, and the dry solvent or viscosity reducing agent should be added while adjusting, so that the adjusted ink is linear when flowing down from the ink-adjusting knife, which is fine and continuous. The ink type is wrong (such as the fineness index is not correct, the particles are coarse), or the solvent and diluent properties do not match the ink, and sometimes the blocking phenomenon is easy. Therefore, the matching of the ink with the solvent or diluent is also very important.

(2) Ink drying is too fast. A considerable part of screen printing ink is mainly based on volatilization and drying, so the drying speed is very fast. When such ink is used, it is easy to cause blocking phenomenon. A slow drying solvent can be added at this time to adjust the drying speed of the ink.

(3) The printing process is too slow. In the printing process, especially manual printing, the process time of alignment, input and removal of the substrate is too long, causing the printing process to be too slow to cause the ink to dry, thereby causing the phenomenon of blocking the net.

(4) The environmental conditions are not good. The printing environment is not stressful. If the ambient temperature is too high or there is wind blowing, the ink on the screen will be volatilized and dried, which will cause blockage of the net. Therefore, a better printing environment should be maintained.

(5) The screen version is poorly produced. The screen printing is not transparent or there is a layer of light film that is not washed out, resulting in blocking phenomenon during printing. In this case, either re-developing the pass-through or test ink is thoroughly pressed through; or the film is pressed through the print.

Blocking the net is that the ink is solidified and dried, so it forms a blocking net; however, if you choose UV-curable ink, uvled environmentally friendly ink, you don't have to worry about blocking the net. No UV ink will never condense.
