The screen printing plate is convenient and cheap, the printing method is flexible and diverse, and the technology is easy to grasp. Screen printing process: original → bottom plate → screen version → printing plate → development → drying → printing → drying → finished product inspection → printed matter
Process preparation for screen printing
1. Screen printing to the selection of the frame
The frame used for screen printing is made of wood and made of aluminum alloy. The size and material of the frame play an important role in the quality of the screen. No matter which material frame is used, the frame should be resistant. Stretching, high strength, light weight and convenient use are the conditions of choice.
2. Pretreatment of the wire mesh
The pretreatment of the wire mesh refers to degreasing and roughening the stretched polyester mesh in the wire mesh frame, that is, first removing the oil and then grinding the mesh. Degreasing and roughing, that is, first remove the oil and then grind the net. The degreasing treatment is generally carried out by using a brush, glacial acetic acid or a medium-sized detergent to remove the grease and dirt on both sides of the screen to avoid thinning of the film when the photoresist is applied, causing pinholes and the like. The brushing process is to apply the grinding net paste on the wire mesh of the net frame, and uniformly brush the front and back sides of the net frame with a brush to make the surface of the wire mesh rough, so as to improve the adhesion and adhesion of the film to the screen.
3. Stretching the net
The stretch net is generally done by hand using a wooden net frame stretcher, and the aluminum mesh frame is usually stretched using a pneumatic stretcher. The screen and tension are determined by screen printing pressure, print accuracy and stretchability of the screen. If the tension is too high, the screen will be damaged and not resistant to printing. If the tension is too low, the screen will be inaccurate. The ideal stretcher should be flat and centered, with uniform tension and moderate elasticity, so as to ensure the best print quality.
4. Screen selection
Screen printing screens include cotton yarn, silk, polyester, stainless steel wire, copper wire and other metals. They have a corrugated weave, a braid weave, and a half braid weave in the weaving form. There are monofilaments and multifilaments in the manner indicated. The screens and models of the screens sold in the market are indicated. The selection of the number of screens and nets should be based on the substrate, the way of making the plate, the nature of the print, the quality of the print, and the customer's requirements. Generally, a fine mesh product of 200 mesh or more is used for the printing of fine products.
The screen printing mesh screen version is a work that needs to be carefully and carefully, so you can do this work by following the above methods.
