Screen making for short is called CTS (Computer To Screen). ① Laser ablation direct plate making: firstly apply silk screen photoresist on metal wire mesh, burn through the photosensitive layer with laser, the mesh of the graphic part is transparent, and the ablation place is controlled by computer before printing system. This method can only be used for metal. network. ②Direct plate making by laser exposure: first apply photoresist on the screen, and the computer-controlled laser of the prepress system will image on the screen to make the screen. This plate-making method uses a special photoresist, the ultraviolet light wave range is narrow, and the laser exposure system is expensive. ③ Inkjet imaging system: first apply photosensitive glue on the screen, and the computer-controlled inkjet system of the prepress system sprays the light-blocking ink on the photosensitive layer of the graphic part, and then exposes the UV light. The photo and text are not exposed to light. Rinse off the photoresist; This method can use ordinary photoresist without loss of image details.
