Screen printing mesh sometimes have wire marks on the ink film surface. The main reason for wire marks is poor fluidity. In the screen printing mesh process, when the printing plate is lifted, the ink transferred to the printing material fills the traces by its own flow, so that the ink film surface is smooth and flat. If the ink fluidity is poor, when the screen printing mesh plate is lifted, the ink flow is relatively small, and the screen traces cannot be filled, and the smooth and flat ink film cannot be obtained. In order to prevent wire marks from appearing on prints, the following methods can be used.
① Use a fluid ink for printing.
② Consider printing with a slow drying ink, and increase the flow time of the ink to gradually spread and solidify the ink.
③ Use thinner monofilament as much as possible when making plates.
