How to calculate the amount of ink during theoretical screen printing
The formula for calculating theoretical ink volume:
W = aperture width in μm
d = wire diameter in μm
D = cloth thickness in μm
For example 80T-48(200mesh/inch) polyester screen printing mesh.
“W” aperture width =72μm
“d” wire diameter =48μm
“D” cloth thickness = 80μm
